Lisa and Alan are the founders of Sol Pie, a locally sourced organic pizzeria in Ohio. However, they didn’t originally begin as an organic pizzeria though. Lisa’s father actually has a very successful pizzeria and they initially opened a location similar to it. After running it for a few years they wanted something more.
