Pizza and Chinese? Yup that’s a thing, and at Fong’s Pizza they do it well and the folks love it. Fong’s Pizza has been named one of the top 100 independent pizzerias for a few years now and they have a unique pizzeria.
Gwen Page, the co-founder joins me on the show to discuss how they started this concept and what’s changed over the years.
