Today’s guest is Tony Troiano from JB Alberto’s. Tony has around 30 to 35 delivery drivers on any given Friday night which as you can imagine is a huge amount of employees to organize. When I first heard Tony’s story at this year’s pizza Expo, I immediately thought that he must have a great system in order to staff such a large amount of drivers.
