Jay started his pizza journey only eight short years ago with a mobile wood-fired pizza truck. The last eight years he’s built that business into eight successful locations in Texas and he’s been featured on the Food Network’s diners drive-ins and dives.
Cane Rosso has also been featured on other local food publications. Jay’s done a tremendous job building his business and his team, he comes on the episode today to talk to us about how he did it.
