From Mobile to Brick & Motar w/ Neil Blazin of Driftwood Oven

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to interview many people at this point of the podcast. The one common thing that I have discovered is that many business owners want something that another person has. It always seems that the people who own brick and mortars want a food truck. The people who own food trucks want a brick and mortar.

Today I am joined by Neil Blazin. Neil started out baking bread in his house which turned into a successful mobile pizza business. After operating for a few years Neil decided to take the plunge to open a brick and mortar. We talk about the journey, the ups, the downs and what he’s learned along the way.
