There’s no denying that 2020 has been one of the craziest years in the restaurant industry. Today,  my friend Peyton Smith is joining me on the podcast to talk about all the struggles they’ve had to overcome in their business- Mission Pizza.

 Mission Pizza serves a Neapolitan style pizza in a restaurant atmosphere which as you can imagine is probably the most challenging pizza business to be in right now.  We all know that Neapolitan pizza doesn’t travel well and with that said, Peyton has always had the motto that his pizza should be eaten/served in his restaurant as a dine-in customer. On this podcast, we discuss how he’s managed all of that and what he sees coming in 2021.
