Last week I sat down and spoke with Chris Smith for the first time. We talked about the restaurant business in general and the branding behind his rise to fame in the restaurant world. 

This is a very casual conversation between 2 guys in the business talking about what’s going on in the world of marketing and food.. 

 Chris has a great story starting back in 2008 blogging and really hustling to get the word out about what he was doing before getting any traction.

It’s a long journey and we talk about why putting in the hours and hard work now will pay dividends in the future.
