From Big Chain to Independent Pizzeria Owner

Many of us start out working for a big chain with the aspirations of owning our own pizzeria one day. Josh, the owner of Reach For The Pie, did exactly that. Josh worked for a local franchise and after many years learning the business, decided to take a chance and open his own pizzeria.

On this episode, we talk about what it’s like going from such structure to being the sole person responsible for everything. We also discuss the benefits of starting out within a franchise to learn the systems and processes that make them successful. It’s not a bad thing to start out that way and you’ll hear why.
