Bringing Your Unique Voice w/ Shakespeares Pizza
Last week I had the pleasure of talking with Kurt of Shakespeares Pizza in Columbia. Kurt has been with the company for a long time and has moved into the role of overall director of operations or “manager guy” as he likes to say. Shakespeares has 3 locations and a very unique way in which they communicate via social and their website.
There’s no corporate jargon or canned responses, they have their own voice which they’ve perfected over time and have a very laid back approach to doing business. Now don’t take laid back for something different, they are very business savvy and have 3 successful locations. I think you’ll enjoy this episode of the show and walk away with a different perspective as to how you should show your unique voice moving forward.
What To Listen For:
- How Kurt started with the company
- Shakespeares uniform policy
- How they grew their audience on social
- Why they opened another location
- How they got on Good Morning America
- Their thoughts on how to communicate with their customers
