Pizza and Pasta Expo Recap (Is It Worth Attending?)

Pizza and Pasta Show Recap (Is It Worth Attending?)

This year’s Pizza and Pasta Expo is held in Atlantic City in October. It’s the chance for the owners and operators in the northeast to attend an expo specifically for the pizza industry much closer to home. I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of Atlantic City, and I wish they would choose a different venue to hold this event. AC is super easy to get to by plane and the city itself is kinda on the decline. That being said it’s always good to see listeners and friends of the podcast in person.

On this episode, I’ll give an overview of this year’s show compared to last year’s and also share some of the seminars that were available to attendees of the expo. I tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly from this year’s show and tell you if I think it’s something you need to attend next year or not.

Mentioned On This Episode:

  • Overview of seminars and keynotes
  • How was this years show floor
  • Are these seminars even worth it
  • Who are the best speakers and which ones you should skip
  • What ecaxtly is the Caputo Cup
  • Why you may want to think about competing in the Cup next year
  • My overall opinion of this year’s show
