On the podcast this week I’m joined by Travis of The Pizza Peel, who has an interesting story. Starting with a pretty large franchise, Travis learned how to make pizza and operate a restaurant, but he wanted to own his own restaurant. Travis had the opportunity to move back home to a town of only 1900 people, where he opened The Pizza Peel.

Everything was going well until a tragic accident nearly killed him. This accident completely changed his business and we talk about that inside this episode.
