On this week’s podcast, I talk with Jimmy from Casa Pizzeria who operates part-time (only 4 hours a day and 5 days a week).

Jimmy and I talk about how he started his pizzeria from the passion he had for baking great pizza. Then we get into how he only does it part time which I find to be the most interesting part about this episode.

Jimmy shares how he uses Facebook to get media exposure and also why simply making the best pizza possible is his goal (not by using combos or discounts) -just creating the best possible pizza he can.
