At first glance, laziness appears to be the simple answer for why you might be putting things off, but fear and perfectionism often play a significant factor in procrastination. Trust me – anything seems less overwhelming when chopped up into mini steps. Just make sure to plan on setting these mini-goals…otherwise, you may never get through them!

Taking action toward our goals can often seem like an overwhelming task. It feels easier to procrastinate and come up with excuses as to why specific steps can not be taken, but the truth is that you will only achieve your goals if you get started.
Positive results may take time; setting and working toward realistic objectives will lead you to success. Simply committing to getting started can have an immense impact, so don’t lose sight of the big picture – take action and start working towards achieving your goals today! By breaking down larger goals into smaller manageable tasks, you can stay motivated and accountable for your progress.
Be patient with yourself, and don’t expect overnight results.
We want instant gratification, but unfortunately, that is not how anything worth having works.
We must understand that progress takes time, and results are achieved through patience and effort. To make matters worse, even if we’ve been sent for what seems like a lifetime, we may need more!
