Keeping Your Business Alive w/ John Durning of Pizzeria Deville
On today’s podcast, I sit down with John Durning of Pizzeria DeVille. John’s a former finance guy who decided to get into the pizza business a few years ago. On the show, we discuss his successes and how things have changed over the past few months.
During the pandemic, John has had to quickly pivot his business which was originally mostly dine-in to now take out and delivery. He has even set up a grocery type store inside of his restaurant so folks can quickly pick up essential items or get them delivered.
Lastly, we discuss his plans and strategies in the business for the upcoming winter months, anticipating the fact that indoor capacities will once again be limited.
