On today’s podcast episode I chat with Beau from Granfanallys. We’re going to discuss what it’s like to operate a family business which we all know can be challenging. We’re also going to discuss hiring, training, and Beau’s Instagram and Facebook strategy.
Beau and I also discuss the pros and cons of growing to multiple locations. Beau has decided to stick with his one location for now and just make it the best possible pizzeria he can make it. I think the takeaway with this is sometimes business owners try to grow maybe a bit too fast and unfortunately do not do well. It’s better to slow down and make sure that you have a solid business that can run on its own before expanding.
