I started Smart Pizza Marketing because I got tired of watching good operators get sold bad advice by people who'd never worked a Friday night rush.
For the last 12 years, I've been on the road. Walking into pizza shops, sitting down with owners, asking the questions that matter. What's your food cost? How long does your dough sit? What's your biggest headache this month?
I've been inside 600+ shops. Mom-and-pops. Multi-unit operators. Chains that started with one oven. I've seen what works and what doesn't — and the difference usually comes down to one thing: the owner actually knows their numbers.
I started the podcast to share those stories. Then the YouTube channel. Then the SPM PRO community — because the best moves come from operators talking to operators, not from some course or guru.
