Lars Smith from State of Mind Public House & Pizza

Lars was awarded World’s Best Non-Traditional Pizza at the 2017 International Pizza Expo. At State of Mind, they make their pizza with slow proofed dough, California cheese, and organic Bianco Dinapoli tomato sauce. However, it’s not just a pizzeria;  State of Mind offers much more. They have a diverse menu with plates to share, fresh salads, sandwiches, wings and a few desserts. We make our food from scratch by hand, featuring local ingredients.
